Is the price monthly or per event?
Per event. There is no monthly fee and no subscription that renews itself: you choose the plan when you publish an event and pay once for that event. Go three months without organising anything and you pay nothing.
Can I start free without entering a credit card?
Yes. The Free plan is permanently available so you can create test events or small gatherings of up to 25 guests at no cost and with no commitment.
What happens if my event exceeds my plan's guest limit?
You can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard in one click. The extra capacity applies instantly without interrupting your attendees' registration.
Do you charge commission on the tickets I sell at my events?
No. BoletoQR.com never takes a percentage of your tickets or charges transaction fees. You only pay the fixed plan price, once for each event you publish.
How does access work for my door team?
You generate operator links or credentials so your door staff can scan with their phone camera without access to your financial data or private settings.
